  • Official bookings are managed exclusively through our secure Time To Pet portal.
  • By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, your home, and your pets.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login credentials.

3. Payment & Cancellations

  • Use of our services is subject to the payment terms outlined in our Service Agreement and Payment Authorization.
  • We reserve the right to charge a $15 late fee for any invoice not settled by the designated due date.
  • Cancellations are handled via account credits for future use; we do not issue cash or credit card refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of North Hills Pet Care and is protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
