Gabrielle and her team were great! I needed very last minute help with my elderly pup and Gabrielle helped out without any issue. She made sure our girl got her meds on time, had some extra attention since this was her first time staying home alone while we were out of town, took her on walks, brushed her, and sent super detailed updates after every visit. Gabrielle is incredibly thorough and attention detailed. I did not worry about the quality of care being given to our dog the entire trip. Gabrielle and her team at NHPC are the BEST! I was on an extended vacation and was so relieved they were there at my home and able to take care of my 2 golden retrievers. First rate in attention to details, friendliness, prompt response and above and beyond pet care. Gabrielle and her team watched our dog and two cats while we vacationed .. that included overnight stays and daytime care. The daily reports were thorough AND fun and included  many pictures. I highly recommend North Hills Pet Center! We went on vacation for 10 days and I was so nervous leaving  little our kitties but Gabby and Erin did such a great job! They updated us on everything each visit and sent so many cute pictures! They were so sweet, reliable, and accommodating! Gabi is absolutely amazing! I have 2 anxious dogs, 1 that doesn’t like strangers, and Gabi was extremely patient and spent time getting to know my dogs so they feel comfortable. I trust her completely. She is great at communicating so you always know what’s going on. I knew I had some really long work days coming up, and I was so nervous about it until I found her. We loved North Hills Pet Care and will absolutely use them again. Erin was wonderful with our cat and gave her lots of love and treats. She went above and beyond to make sure our trash was taken care of for us. We loved the updates and photos we received while away. We've been using Gabi—and now her business, North Hills Pet Care—for several years, and I truly can't recommend her enough! She takes amazing care of our dogs, cat, goats, chickens, and guineas (our funny farm!) every time we're away. It gives us such peace of mind knowing our animals are in such caring and capable hands.

Gabi and her team are reliable, communicate with us throughout our trips, and always send updates and pictures, which we really appreciate.

One of our dogs, the self-appointed princess of the family, usually goes on a hunger strike whenever we leave town. Somehow, Gabi has even managed to get her to eat!
