Gabrielle Lucarini

Owner & Founder

Hi, I’m Gabrielle, the owner and founder of North Hills Pet Care. In 2024, I left my career in corporate accounting to pursue work built around my love for animals.

As an independent pet sitter, my goal was to provide the kind of loving, dependable care I would want for my own pets. I created North Hills Pet Care to grow those services while maintaining a high standard of care through a thoughtful, team-based approach.

I began pet sitting independently because of my love for animals. What started with just a few clients quickly grew, and as more people shared how difficult it had been to find a pet sitter who was truly reliable and attentive, I realized there was a real need for a local professional pet care company built around a higher standard of care.

Today, I share my home with two rescue dogs, one cat, and five rabbits. My first pet was a rabbit, and caring for rabbits taught me early on how important it is to notice the small details, especially because they often hide illness so well. Living with a variety of pets, along with fostering dogs and rabbits over the years, has continually reminded me that every animal is unique and that good care should always be tailored to the individual.

Pet care is deeply personal to me because I know how hard it can be to trust someone else with the animals you love, and how vulnerable it can feel to invite someone unfamiliar into your home. When clients work with me, I want them to feel that I respect their home, their routines, and the trust they are placing in me. Most of all, I want them to know that I care for their pets with the same love, concern, and attention I would want for my own

As North Hills Pet Care grows, my goal is to build a company that sets a higher standard of care in our local communities — one that feels loving, professional, attentive, and truly dependable.
